An excellent characteristic of the mixer section is the 4 + 4 channel configuration. In addition to the standard configuration of 6 mono Mic/Line channels and 2 line stereo channels, the CMS 600-3 is equipped with 2 digital stereo inputs (via USB), the signals from which are automatically routed to channels 5-6 and 7-8. This gives you 4 stereo channels, which should be especially appealing to DJs.

Mic inputs 1 - 6 are equipped with gain controls and phantom power with the ability to switch off.
Channels 9/10 and 11/12 are equipped with input level controls.
Channels 1 to 4 are equipped with 80 Hz low-cut filters with the ability to switch off.
All channels have 3-band equalizers.
Reference: FX (post-fader); AUX (with a common pre- and post-fader switch) and MON (pre-fader).
Each channel is also equipped with Balance/Panorama controls, Mute and PFL switches, a volume fader, and LED peak and signal presence indicators.
