Payment
1. Cash on delivery — Payment in cash in the national currency (UAH) upon receiving the order from the courier or at a Nova Poshta branch.
2. Cash payment — when picking up the order yourself.
3. Bank transfer to a sole proprietor (FOP) — You can pay for the order via bank transfer using the provided payment details (invoice) after order confirmation.

4. Online payment on the website — You can pay for your order by bank card after completing your purchase in the shopping cart. The payment is processed via the Plata by mono online payment system.

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier service.

Delivery time to a branch, by courier, or to a parcel locker of Nova Poshta is 1–3 days. The delivery cost to any address, parcel locker, or branch of Nova Poshta starts from 70 UAH (according to the carrier's rates).
Order dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation, excluding holidays (non-working days).
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the consignment note (TTN). Nova Poshta tracking numbers for receiving your order at the branch are sent by 20:00.
